Kundalini Yoga: Awaking of the Soul
Sadness, anxiety and pain are created through some form of non-acceptance, some form of unconscious resistance to what is. Depression and sadness are a result of one or many of the primordial, undifferentiated emotions that have its origin in the loss of awareness of who you are beyond name and body.
AS a result there is a sense of abandonment, incompletement and pain. Any attempt to try to control the world and resist or deny changes causes tension, frustration, insecurity and depression. The search for security is a manifestation of the very real desire in each of us to find that eternal, infinite and universal aspect of ourselves. Which are our soul and consciousness.
All of us seek the eternal, unchanging reality to be found only in the spiritual world. This deep human longing for changeless reality is only to be resolved by going within us and finding there that place of peace that connects us to the rest of the universe. This felt “oneness” with ‘Being” is a very natural, accessible human state.
Yogi Bhajan is the practice of awakening the power of the soul to manifest into the realm of experience. Kundalini Yoga as a meditation addresses the issues that produce stress, providing the body with the muscular and nerve strength and flexibility to handle stress and to excel in the material world.
It provides the mind with powerful techniques to identify itself with Divinity, kindle creativity, attain serenity and enjoy life.
There are times in everyone life when there is a reorientation of the self/soul. A change in your perceptions is so vital that the soul allows no continuation of the past form. To experience the divine presence in every aspect of creation, but most particularly within yourself.
We unite within ourselves the diversities of heaven and earth; we are spirit and matter combined. We are spiritual beings having a human experience.
